📜 Terms & Conditions – Click Fashion Studio

Welcome to Click Fashion Studio. By accessing and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services

  • We provide photography, portfolio shoots, auditions, and related creative services.
  • All bookings must be made in advance through our official channels.

2. Payments

  • 100% advance or as per agreed terms must be paid to confirm the booking.
  • Payments are non-transferable to another individual without prior approval.

3. Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your booking, please inform us in writing (email/WhatsApp) at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date.
  • Late cancellations may lead to partial or full forfeiture of advance payment.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed only as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy mentioned below.
  • No refund will be issued once the photoshoot/service has been completed.

5. Liability

  • Click Fashion Studio is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (natural calamities, technical issues, etc.).
  • We will reschedule the shoot in such cases without extra cost.

6. Content Usage

  • Click Fashion Studio reserves the right to use selected images/videos for marketing and portfolio purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by Indian law.

💰 Refund & Cancellation Policy – Click Fashion Studio

We value our clients and strive to maintain transparency in our refund and cancellation process.

1. Cancellations by Client

  • Cancellation 7 days before the scheduled shoot: Full refund of advance.
  • Cancellation 3–6 days before the scheduled shoot: 50% refund of advance.
  • Cancellation less than 3 days before the scheduled shoot: No refund.

2. Cancellations by Studio

  • If Click Fashion Studio cancels the shoot due to any reason, clients will receive a 100% refund of the advance or can reschedule without any extra charge.

3. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be credited within 30–60 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

If the client fails to appear for the scheduled shoot without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

No refund will be provided once the photoshoot/service has been completed.

🚚 Shipping Policy – Click Fashion Studio

At Click Fashion Studio, we ensure that our clients receive their deliverables (digital files, printed albums, certificates, or other products) in a safe and timely manner.

1. Delivery of Digital Files

  • Edited photos and videos will be delivered within 7–15 working days from the date of the shoot.
  • Delivery will be made via email, cloud link (Google Drive/WeTransfer), or any other secure method.
  • Clients are requested to download and back up their files within 7 days of receiving the link.

2. Delivery of Physical Products

  • If you have ordered prints, albums, or other physical products, delivery may take 10–20 working days after final approval.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be informed during booking.
  • We use reliable courier services to ensure safe delivery.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Digital files: No shipping charges.
  • Physical products: Charges depend on weight, size, and delivery location.
  • Any international shipping charges will be borne by the client.

4. Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural calamities, or unforeseen events.
  • However, we will assist you in tracking and ensuring delivery.

5. Wrong / Damaged Products

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect physical product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).
  • If approved well provide a replacement for the damaged/exchanged product witin 20 days (well deliver the product within 20 days)
