Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are confirmed only after the required advance payment is received.
• Shoot dates and time slots are subject to availability.
• Click Fashion Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking if necessary.

2. Payment Terms

• Full payment or the agreed installment amount must be paid before the shoot begins.
• Any additional services requested after booking may incur extra charges.
• All payments made are subject to these terms and conditions.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must arrive on time for the shoot.
• Delays caused by the client may reduce the available shooting time.
• Clients are responsible for bringing required outfits, accessories, and documents unless otherwise agreed.

4. Photography & Creative Rights

• All photographs, videos, and creative content produced by Click Fashion Studio remain the intellectual property of the studio.
• Clients receive usage rights for personal and portfolio purposes.
• Commercial use requires prior written approval.

5. Delivery

• Edited photographs and videos will be delivered within the timeline communicated at the time of booking.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on project requirements.
• Raw/unedited files are not provided unless specifically included in the package.

6. Rescheduling

• One reschedule request may be accepted if informed at least 48 hours before the shoot.
• Rescheduled bookings are subject to slot availability.

7. Studio Rights

• Click Fashion Studio may use photographs and videos for marketing, social media, website, and promotional purposes unless the client requests privacy in writing before the shoot.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Click Fashion Studio shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, technical failures, illness, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

9. No Guarantee Clause

• Click Fashion Studio does not guarantee any job, brand deal, modeling assignment, acting opportunity, movie role, TV serial, web series, influencer collaboration, or any form of paid work to any client, model, actor, or influencer.

10. Audition & Selection Policy

• Participating in an audition, portfolio shoot, workshop, or any studio service does not guarantee selection.
• Final selection decisions are solely made by the respective brand, casting agency, production house, client, or third party involved.

11. Client Conduct

• Click Fashion Studio reserves the right to cancel any booking or service without refund if a client engages in abusive, threatening, offensive, or inappropriate behavior toward studio staff, photographers, makeup artists, or other team members.

12. Accuracy of Information

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete personal information.
• Click Fashion Studio shall not be liable for any issues arising from incorrect, false, or misleading information provided by the client.

13. Force Majeure

• Click Fashion Studio shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or rescheduling caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, heavy rainfall, government restrictions, lockdowns, technical failures, strikes, or other emergency situations.

1. Advance Payment

• Booking/registration/slot confirmation fees are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

2. Client Cancellation

• If the client cancels after booking confirmation, no refund will be provided for the advance amount.
• Any refund for remaining payments, if applicable, will be decided by Click Fashion Studio management on a case-by-case basis.

3. Rescheduling Option

• Instead of cancellation, clients may request rescheduling subject to availability.
• Approved reschedules will not incur additional charges if requested within the permitted notice period.

4. Completed Services

• Once the shoot has been completed, no refund shall be issued.
• Dissatisfaction based on personal preference regarding poses, expressions, styling, or creative direction does not qualify for a refund.

5. Studio Cancellation

• If Click Fashion Studio cancels the booking due to reasons from our side and an alternative date cannot be arranged, the client will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

6. Processing Time

• Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–15 working days through the original payment method.

7. Non-Refundable Charges

The following fees and charges are strictly non-refundable:

• Registration Fees
• Audition Fees
• Slot Booking Fees
• Studio Booking Charges
• Makeup Artist Charges
• Travel and Accommodation Expenses (where applicable)

8. Chargeback Policy

• Any customer who initiates a payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal through a bank, payment gateway, or financial institution without a valid reason may be subject to legal action and recovery proceedings.
• Click Fashion Studio reserves the right to provide transaction records and service-related evidence to dispute such claims.

9. Digital Product Policy

Refunds will not be provided once digital products or services have been delivered, including but not limited to:

• Edited Photographs
• Videos
• Posters
• Digital Designs
• Soft Copy Deliverables

1. Media Usage Consent

• By using the services of Click Fashion Studio, the client grants permission to Click Fashion Studio to use photographs, videos, testimonials, and related content for promotional, marketing, advertising, social media, website, and portfolio purposes.
• If a client does not wish their content to be used, they must submit a written objection to Click Fashion Studio before the shoot or service is conducted.
• Upon receiving such notice, the studio will make reasonable efforts to respect the client's request.
